Building People, Building Places
At Landesign, we believe the strength of our company lies in the people who build it every day. Our landscapes may define communities across British Columbia, but it is our team that defines who we are. We are committed to creating a workplace that is fair, collaborative, and supportive — where every employee has the chance to grow, contribute, and feel proud of their work.
Joining Landesign means becoming part of a company that values integrity, hard work, and innovation. Whether you are an experienced foreman, a skilled tradesperson, or just starting your career in landscaping, you will find opportunities here to build both your skills and your future.

Fair Wages and Benefits
We recognize the importance of fair compensation for the effort and expertise our employees bring to every project. Wages are structured to reflect industry standards and the unique skills of our team, with transparency and fairness at the core.
Beyond wages, we provide comprehensive health and dental benefits, training opportunities, and clear pathways for advancement. When our employees succeed, Landesign succeeds.

Growth and Workplace Culture
At Landesign, a career is more than a pay cheque — it’s about learning, building, and being part of something bigger. We invest in our team through ongoing training and mentorship, helping employees develop technical expertise and leadership skills. Women and newcomers hold leadership roles across the company, reflecting our belief that diversity and inclusion make us stronger.
Safety, collaboration, and respect define our culture. We work as a team, we look out for one another, and we celebrate the accomplishments we build together.
