Landesign partnered with VanMar Constructors on the Kiwanis Lynn Manor and Lynn Woods development in North Vancouver, a major non-market housing project delivering 106 affordable seniors rental homes alongside the renovation of an existing residential tower.
This project represents one of several successful collaborations between Landesign and VanMar, as our teams have worked together for years delivering landscape construction for non-market housing developments across Metro Vancouver.
The landscape scope focused on the construction of outdoor amenity spaces designed to support community living, including a central courtyard built over suspended slab conditions, raised planting beds, gathering areas, and recreation spaces integrated with the residential buildings. Complex landscape assemblies required coordination with building waterproofing systems, structural interfaces, and architectural features.
Through detailed site coordination and technical execution, Landesign delivered durable landscape infrastructure that supports accessible outdoor living while contributing to the long-term success of this community-focused housing development.
