Landesign was proud to partner with the City of Vancouver and Lees + Associates Landscape Architects on the renewal of General Brock Park, revitalizing this valued neighborhood space through a comprehensive park and infrastructure upgrade. The project introduced a new playground, improved pathways, expanded planting areas, and a dedicated dog off-leash area designed to support a range of community uses.

Our team completed site excavation, civil grading, drainage improvements, and aggregate base preparation to support new concrete pathways, playground foundations, and safety surfacing systems. Landscape installation, irrigation, and site furnishings were carefully coordinated while protecting existing trees and integrating new planting throughout the park.

This project reflects Landesign’s growing expertise in civil landscape construction—delivering technically complex public spaces that strengthen community connections across Vancouver.
