Connaught Spray Park has long been a neighborhood landmark, providing a place for families to gather, cool off, and play during Vancouver’s summer months. Over time, the aging infrastructure no longer met the needs of the community. The City of Vancouver entrusted Landesign with the full redevelopment of the site, demolishing the existing spray park and constructing a new, modern facility designed to serve families for years to come.
Working closely with the Vancouver Parks Board, Landesign delivered a revitalized spray park that blends durability, safety, and fun. The project was carried out with a focus on community impact, ensuring a seamless transition between demolition and construction while minimizing disruption to the surrounding neighborhood. Today, the new Connaught Spray Park reflects the City’s commitment to creating accessible, sustainable recreational spaces that support active, healthy communities.
